1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your Oi Mooshy merch! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition (unless faulty).
• Returns must include original packaging and swing tags (if applicable).
• Digital products (courses, downloads) are non-refundable once accessed.

2. Return Timeframes

We offer a tiered return policy for flexibility:

• Up to 30 days: Full refund issued to the original payment method.
• 31 to 60 days: Store credit issued for future purchases.
• After 60 days: Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

3. Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you’re entitled to a replacement or full refund—just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Exclusions from Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for:

• Normal wear and tear—items showing signs of everyday use beyond initial trials.
• Damage caused by activities—e.g., sports, outdoor adventures, or accidental spills.
• Misuse or improper care—washing outside care instructions, alterations, or modifications.

Faulty Items: If an item is defective due to manufacturing errors, it will be replaced or refunded.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds (for eligible returns) are processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.
• Store credit refunds will be emailed with a unique code for future purchases.
